Install Apple’s free TestFlight app from the App Store, then tap Download on TestFlight and open it on your iPhone. Tap Accept, then Install — you’re in. You’ll need iOS 16 or later.

Make sure you’ve installed TestFlight first and are opening the link on the iPhone itself (not a Mac). If it still won’t load, email support@userrealitylabs.com and we’ll get you a fresh invite.

iOS is live now; Android is on the way via a closed Google Play track. Request access on the beta page and we’ll message you the moment it opens.

VisPlus and VISMAX are billed through your Apple account. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel any time. Billing questions? Email support@userrealitylabs.com.
